SHIPPING
We offer free delivery to the UK above £30. Otherwise delivery is £2.99 Usually, it is via the Royal mail or Evri.
We also offer worldwide delivery. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically at the checkout when you enter your address. We usually use a courier service (for faster delivery) or Royal Mail international tracking depending what service is available in that particular country.
For certain collections (such as MoreSlim V3) we have a warehouse in Malaysia that offers free delivery within Malaysia and Singapore (above £50, otherwise £8)

Please allow for shipping time if you order for special occasions or going away, we could not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping companies.
Face measurement for custom size
We provide custom stitching according to your face size, FREE of charge. It will add a little bit of time for this depending on how how busy we are. Leave us a message in your order note. We will do the FREE adjustment. We will not pay for any adjustment you did or sent elsewhere.
How to measure:
Measure around your face around where you want your hijab to sit comfortably. Our standard size is 54cm or 24 1/4 inches.
Do you have a physical store that I can visit and browse?
We don't currently have a physical store, however, if there is an event that we participate, we would make an announcement here. Please register to our mailing list.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major debit and credit cards via our secure payment system on our website. You can also pay using ApplePay, PayPal or Amazon Pay.
What is your RETURNS policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You will have to cover your own postage. Let us know your intention of returning before posting, we will give you instructions of the procedure.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
- Hijabs with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
What about REFUNDS?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
I haven’t received my refunds yet.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I return SALE items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Can I exchange for another item?
We do accept exchanges, but you will have to cover the return postage. If the item is defective or damaged, we will pay for both return and exchange postage. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@instanthijabs.co.uk.
What if I receive an item as GIFTS?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
RETURN ADDRESS
Upon confirmation of returning your product with us, you will receive an email confirming the return procedures.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BULK BUYING
Do you provide a discount to wholesalers or schools?
Please message us to inquire about wholesale.
We do supply to schools, Islamic schools and madrasah at significant discounts. We have been providing to several schools now. Contact us if you need specific designs/colours for your organisations.
Sports hijab personalisation
We do personalisation (embroidery, logos etc.) to our sports hijab according to your organisation. Please ask.
We also customise the sports hijab for police, armed forces, fire-brigade, nurses etc. We tailor made them specifically. Please enquire.
